Description

The Prince Castle 542-416S Holding Bin Lower Heater Assembly operates by transforming electrical energy into thermal radiation by using an internal resistive element. This heat is transferred to the bottom of the food storage compartment and keeps a certain range of temperature for the prepared menu. This element is at the bottom of the warming cavity of the equipment so that there is uniformity in thermal distribution from the bottom to the top.
