Wells 54654 Hi-Limit LCH 495°F is a high-quality temperature safety that can be used for all-electric fryers. It can be said that this hi-limit thermostat is built at a specific temperature of 495℉, however, it has a manual reset button for even higher safety. The product is a panel nut, a 24-inch cap, a 1/4 x 4-7/8 nickel bulb and it is installed on a 7-inch bracket. It also protects from overheating by turning off the fryer if it gets to dangerous temperatures of operation. Perfect for keeping operations safe, this thermostat has a long service life, it can be replaced with the new 440°F one G815, H-144, 48-1120.
