Description

The Nemco 55160-1 Slicer Blade and Carrier Assembly slices ingredients by passing the blade through food as the handle or pusher is triggered. It works by keeping the blade firmly in the carrier to keep the blade on track during the slicing movement. This assembly is installed in the proper slicers at the place of the blade housing. The blade is placed in relation to the cutting grid or chute by the carrier. Its construction can be removed to be cleaned or replaced and put back correctly on reinstallation.
