Description

The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 560 Onion Cutter Nylon Washer is used as a spacing, and cushioning element that enables the movement of adjoining parts during cutting processes. It reaches correct alignment by minimizing friction when the cutter assembly is actuated. This is placed in the onion cutter mechanism which is usually between metal parts that spin or squeeze together in the process of use. It is made of a quality material and designed to fit the internal assembly and allow it to operate consistently whenever it is subjected to repeated slicing.
