Description

The Nemco 567276W Wedge Assembly 6 Section EZ II 56500 uses a blade grid to divide produce into uniform pieces when downward pressure is applied through the choppers handle mechanism. As food passes through the sharpened stainless steel blades it is cleanly segmented into portions in a single motion. This wedge assembly is installed within compatible units where it locks into the blade holder frame to align with the push block during operation.
