The Duke 600547 Hot Top Valve with 1/4” CCT pilot fittings is a NAT/LP gas solenoid valve suitable for convection ovens and griddles. It has 3/8” FPT gas inlet/outlet and 120V power with 1/4” recessed tab terminal. This valve can handle up to 115000 BTU and the steady gas supply for such appliances as the Duke Convection Oven E-101, Groen, Montague models, and Star Griddles 824, 836, 848, 860, 872 TS/TSCHS. Its construction enhances safety, productivity and effectiveness in areas where high pressure is exerted in the preparation of foods.
