Description

The Pitco 60113502C Liquid Propane Combination Gas Valve is a gas control assembly for commercial fryers that are fueled by liquid propane. It is fitted with a 1/2-inch NPT connection and a 24-volt electrical actuator and opens, closes, and controls gas flow in response to the system's controls. It is placed between the gas supply and the burner system and works in conjunction with the ignition and temperature control system to control the operation of the burners. It is designed to ensure accurate fuel control for the fryer, ensuring even heating of the fryer during commercial cooking.
