Description

The Pitco 60134302 Fryer Basket Lift Actuator RH is a replacement mechanical lift part that is compatible with commercial systems. This actuator is a right-hand motor with a 24 VDC motor to raise and lower the fryer basket in a range of 3.3 to 9.4", traveling at an approximate rate of an inch per second. It is mounted on the support frame of the fryer and is linked to the basket lift assembly and control system to automatically move the baskets on the support frame during the frying cycles. It is applied in large-volume kitchens to enhance efficiency in handling and the consistency in time of cooking by managing the positioning of baskets.
