Description

The Blodgett 60959 Door Gasket is used to seal the gap between the oven door and the cooking chamber opening. It compresses, when the door is closed to create a continuous barrier around the perimeter of the opening. The gasket conforms to the shape of the door frame and stays in place during cooking. This part is fitted in the door assembly of compatible 2/3 6-pan ovens. It is placed around the edge of the door and can be integrated into the oven frame and be used as part of the chamber enclosure system.
