The Cres Cor 62164 Electric Thermostat is a temperature controller, that is aimed at commercial ovens and heating equipment. It controls heat with a 0-250°F range and can control power up to 20 amps at 120/240 volts to ensure the same cooking or heating conditions. It is usually installed on the control panel of the appliance, to communicate with the heating elements to offer accurate temperature control. The thermostat maintains constant operation by controlling the flow of electricity so that the appliance does not overheat and is able to maintain accurate performance activities in a commercial kitchen setup.
