Description

The Henny Penny 66553 Fryer Drain Valve Assembly 290/590 assists in controlling the amount of used cooking oil out of the vat by turning a manual lever that opens the internal ball mechanism. When the passage is cleared, the hot liquid is forced through the special plumbing into a disposal container or filtration system by the force of gravity. This is a vital part and is placed at the bottom of the fryer basin and the internal tank is connected to the outside drain spout. The assembly will provide a tight seal when high-heat cooking cycles are being conducted.
