The Beverage Air 712-012D-01 Door Gasket works by creating a tight fit around the refrigerator or freezer door to keep air out of the refrigerator or freezer and ensure that the internal temperatures remain constant. This gasket is 23-1/8 x 31 in size which fits the model of the door. It is fitted by matching the gasket with the door frame and pushing it into position where it remains tightly seated to carry out its sealing role. It is a replacement part used in commercial fridges to ensure that the temperature of the fridge remains constant.
