Description

The Hobart 721506 Thermostat is a temperature controller that is installed in commercial foodservice equipment to control the amount of heat inside the equipment when it is in use. It has an 3/16" sensing bulb with 8-5/8" length and 36" capillary, which enables it to monitor precisely the changes in temperature inside appliances, It is responsive to changes in temperature and therefore ensures the identical cooking conditions by reacting to changes in heat and improving the consistency of the thermostat in the kitchens with heavy circulation.
