Vulcan Hart 80025 Steamer Pressure Gauge, 2 inch in diameter measures the level of pressure between 0 and 30 PSI and is used in commercial steamers. It also measures the internal pressure to make sure that the appliance is working under safe and efficient conditions to give the correct readings to control the system. It is placed on the control panel of the steamer or the pressure vessel and it is used together with other parts to control the amount of steam produced and ensure that the cooking condition is always consistent. It assists operators in checking the correct operation of steamers and eliminates the risk of overpressure.
