Description

The Nieco 8008 Infrared Burner and Reverberator works by producing infrared heat using a special burner surface that radiates the heat uniformly over the cooking surface, to provide uniform thermal output. This heat is reflected and distributed by the reverberator component, which increases the overall coverage, and ensures stable temperatures during operation. It is commonly fitted in the cooking chamber of compatible broilers and is placed in a way that maximizes the heat transfer to the food surface. It is planned to be used with particular equipment models.
