Description

The Frymaster 8030106 Fryer Basket Support Rack Dual Vat is a resting point for fry pans when they are placed over the cooking vats. The rack is used for holding the baskets at the desired height above the vat, where the surplus cooking medium is allowed to drip back into the vat. It is mounted on the top part of a suitable dual-vat fryer. It is configured to match the two-vat system, which was used for support of baskets linked to the separate cooking areas. The frame is then placed in the proper position and holds the baskets up without blocking the flow of the liquid through the open spaces.
