The Dean 8070097 75-550F Temperature Fenwal Thermostat with wire leads is designed to control and monitor operating temperatures in commercial food service equipment. It works by responding to temperature fluctuations and opening electrical circuits to maintain the selected heat level between 75°F and 550°F. It includes wire leads, two 1/4-inch push-on terminals, a 1/2-inch NPT mounting thread, and an adjustment dial for temperature selection.
