It works between 200 and 375 F and has a 5/16 inch by 5 inch bulb and a 24-inch capillary for accurate temperature control. Measuring a 1/4 inch stuff box size and a complementary #22-1006 dial, this thermostat enhances the control of temperature variation thereby enhancing even cooking. It is most suitable for helping in regulating the fryer temperatures minimizing wastage of energy, preventing danger of high temperatures on the fryer.
