Description

The Dean 810-2146 Handle provides a hand-operated point for moving an attached system section, cover, or panel. Applying pressure to the grip transfers movement through the mounting area, allowing the connected part to change position. This part is installed at the designated position on compatible commercial cooking equipment. Its gripping surface remains accessible for manual operation, while the attachment area joins with the corresponding equipment. The assembly can be used when opening equipment sections, loading or removing food, inspecting internal areas, or performing cleaning operations. It forms a direct connection between hand movement and the connected system part.
