The Frymaster 8100187 Pressure Regulator Kit NAT Gas 3.5" WC ADJ 3" TO 7" WC is used to regulate the flow and pressure of natural gas to the burner system of the fryer to make sure the appropriate amount of gas is supplied. It will regulate the gas flow in a given pressure margin to ensure that there is an adequate level of combustion during the cooking cycles. This is a regulator kit that is mounted on the connection of the gas line to the fryer, between the incoming supply and the burner assembly of the frying equipment in a commercial kitchen.
