Description

The Frymaster 8101003 Fryer 3-Way Ball Valve 180 Degree directs internal oil routing by shifting a rotating passage element that selects between connected filtration lines within cooking equipment. Positioned at a junction in the circulation path, it links inlet and return channels through a single control point that determines the direction of liquid movement. Rotation of the internal element changes alignment between ports so flow is redirected through the chosen pathway without overlap between alternate routes. Mechanical positioning inside the housing separates flow directions and prevents mixing between channels. The change in alignment determines how oil is guided through filtration and recovery routing during fryer processing.
