The Frymaster 8101873 Gas Fryer Thermopile ITT is a system that transforms the heat into a small electrical current, which is used to control the burner by the control system. It works by monitoring the temperature variations and varying the gas flow to ensure the operation remains the same. It is fitted to be installed in the fryer control assembly where it is installed in the slot that is specifically designed to fit the thermopile, and it is properly aligned with the gas valve. It is small enough to fit and integrate without any adjustment of the existing parts.
