Description

The Hobart 819142 Gas Griddle Steel Tubular Burner is a heating element that is used to create and distribute heat under the cooking surface of a compatible system. It is designed to mix fuel and air in the adjustable air shutter before combustion in the burner tube to create a controlled flame pattern during cooking operations. It is placed in the heating compartment of the griddle below the surface, of the plate. It is an integral part of the gas heating system which transfers the heat to the cooking area for various cooking activities.
