Description

The Dean 826-1795 Heating Element Kit 8kW 208V converts electrical energy to heat used in commercial appliance applications. It is linked to the power supply of the fryer and spreads power through the cooking tank. The element is installed into specific slots in the fryer. The heating element, terminals and screws required to integrate are provided in the kit. It is used together with the thermostat of the fryer to control the temperature and energy passing through it so that the cooking tank obtains the same amount of heat throughout its surface during the cooking process.
