Installation Steps

Step1: Disconnect the fryer power and allow the unit and oil to cool completely before servicing.

Step2: Drain oil from the fryer and access the pump motor compartment.

Step3: Disconnect the wiring from the existing motor and label wires for proper reconnection.

Step4: Remove mounting bolts and detach the old pump motor.

Step5: Install the new motor with the included gasket, aligning it with the pump assembly.

Step6: Secure mounting hardware, reconnect wiring, and check connections.

Step7: Restore power, refill oil, and test the pump for proper operation and leaks.
