Description

The Hobart 857085-2 5-Pan Door Gasket Kit is a door sealing assembly designed for compatible foodservice equipment. It creates a tight fit between the door and cabinet to prevent loss of conditioned air and the infiltration of outside air. When the door is closed, the gasket presses to form a continuous seal around the door opening, ensuring uniform sealing. It is attached to the side of the system door. It keeps the internal temperature stable to enhance the efficiency of the system and to ensure proper food holding conditions.
