Description

The Hobart 907658 Steam Solenoid Valve 120240V 1" regulates the passage of water vapor by using an electrically operated coil to open or close internal plunger upon receiving an electrical charge. The magnetic field, activated by either 120V or 240V causes the spout to lift up to permit the liquid vapor to go through the opening in the valve and to close when the power supply is disconnected. The component assists in controlling the supply of steam required in cooking or, heating activities. Its connection size that enables it to fit with compatible piping that is utilized in foodservice equipment systems.
