Description

The Prince Castle 908-A8 Wedger Wedge Witch 8 Section is a whole fruit and vegetable component that uses a fixed blade assembly and pressing motion to cut into eight equal parts. It operates by directing the component through a series of sharp, stainless steel blades, which cut the product evenly and the handle mechanism provides even cutting power during use. This component is often used on commercial kitchen prep counters, food preparation stations or produce cutting areas where potatoes, tomatoes, lemons and other components are portioned for cooking or serving. The unit is frequently used in foodservice preparation areas, restaurants, and concession stands.
