Description

The Market Forge 92-0064 Latch Paddle CP032001 works on a mechanical pivot system, which holds the door assembly to the internal pressure seal. The internal cam attaches the strike plate to the handle when it is depressed and releases it when it is unlocked to enable proper venting of the steam in the compartment. The unit has a construction with a pre-drilled mounting interface to allow it to fit well with the existing latching components. This element provides the required closure integrity required in high-temperature food service conditions.
