Description

The Market Forge 93-0023 Broiler Thermostat KXT regulates the temperature by sensing heat through its capillary and sensing bulb, automatically cycling the heating circuit to maintain the selected cooking temperature during operation. Designed for Market Forge broiler applications, it responds to thermal changes within the cooking chamber, controlling the flow of power to the heating system throughout the cooking cycle. This is installed behind the control panel of compatible broilers, where it connects to the temperature control knob, capillary assembly, and heating circuit. It operates as part of the temperature control system, regulating heat during normal broiling operations.
