Description

The Groen 94161 Convection Steamer Safety Thermostat operates by monitoring temperature levels within the appliance, and responding when temperatures reach a predetermined limit. The thermostat changes the state of its electrical contacts based on sensed temperature conditions allowing it to interact with, the equipments control circuitry. Measuring 1/4 inch x 5 inches with a 24-inch capillary lead and featuring an LC117 series configuration this component is installed in compatible systems at designated temperature-sensing locations. As part of the temperature safety system it provides temperature-related input used for equipment monitoring and control operations.
