Description

The Hobart 957897-G1 Convection Oven Field Valve Kit controls gas flow to the burner system via a controlled valve assembly, that opens and closes in response to ignition and temperature demand signals. It works by adjusting the flow of gas to the burner manifold from the main gas supply so that the gas is combusted in a controlled manner in the oven chamber during the heating cycles. The valve operates in response to system controls and safety interlocks to ensure the proper fuel supply, and shutdown operations.
