The Everpure 961310 Water Fountain Replacement Filter Cartridge XC2 Fountain Replacement operates by directing incoming water through specialized filtration media that reduce dissolved particles chlorine taste and odor as water passes through the system. As water flows through the internal filter layer contaminants are captured while treated water continues to the dispensing point for use. This cartridge is installed within compatible drinking fountain filtration systems where it connects to the filter head assembly and operates as part of the water treatment setup used in commercial, institutional and public hydration equipment.
