The Prince Castle 970-034 Blade Set slices bagels with a high level of accuracy to the same thickness. It works through rotating or movement as part of the slicer mechanism, whereby sharp blades are used to cut the product evenly. The blade set is placed on the drive assembly of the slicer which is then attached to the motor and safety mechanisms. It is used in conjunction with the directions and safety features of the slicer so that it can make a consistent and accurate cut without compromising safety in the course of preparing the food.
