Description

The Market Forge 976575 Contactor 4-Pole 40A Inductive/50A Resistive 208/240V controls electric current by means of an activated coil to open and close several power circuits at once. Upon the application of voltage, internal contacts are used to handle inductive and resistive loads within a provided set of ratings. It is usually fitted into the electrical control compartment of any compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It is a four-pole switch to facilitate the coordination of switching between various circuits in cooking and heating systems. The unit is powered by 208/240V and is designed to be used in applications with controlled current in foodservice appliances.
