Description

The Market Forge 98-6102 Convection Steamer Thermocouple 100" Long monitors pilot flame and generates a millivolt signal to support secure gas valve operation during heating. Measuring 100 inches in length it provides sufficient reach for installation within the gas control system. The thermocouple installs with its sensing tip exposed to the pilot flame while the opposite end connects to the gas valve, It works with the pilot assembly and safety controls to verify flame presence and maintain normal burner operation throughout the cooking cycle.
