The Pitco A4500309 Fryer Basket holds food items while immersed in heated cooking oil allowing oil to circulate around the contents during frying. Its open design lets excess oil drain, through the basket as the load is lifted from the fryer, supporting controlled removal after cooking. Positioned inside the fryer vat, the 13-1/4" X 9-1/4" size fits the designated cooking area and provides space for handling prepared food. The FH configuration is intended for compatible commercial fryers used in restaurants and foodservice operations. A handle allows the basket to be raised and lowered during cooking cycles, transferring food between the oil and draining positions.
