Description

The Accutemp AC3-DV24 Bonnet Valve 2" SS is a flow control valve that regulates steam flow in commercial foodservice heating equipment. When the mechanism is open, steam flows through the valve body, and when the mechanism is closed, steam is prevented from flowing through the valve body. It is installed in the steam supply pipe of the equipment heating circuit, giving access to control the supply of steam. It is used to regulate the steam path from the incoming steam supply to the equipment's heating area.
