The Accutemp AT1M-3521-2 Long Condensate Tray collects condensation produced during the steaming process and channels the accumulated moisture toward the drain system for controlled removal. As water condenses inside the equipment, the tray captures the runoff and directs it away from internal parts to maintain proper drainage throughout operation. Installed beneath the cooking chamber within a compatible E6 Series system, the tray is positioned to receive condensate as it forms during operation. It works with the connected drain parts to manage water flow and support the equipment's standard condensate handling process.
