The Accutemp AT2E-2087-1 Gas Gridle Main Burner Solenoid Valve is a part that designed to work by operating an electromagnetic coil to open, or close the mechanical orifice by moving an internal plunger. This system assists in regulating the supply of fuel to the burner assembly according to electrical signals that are sent by the temperature control system. This is installed in the internal gas manifold piping which is normally situated at the back of the front control panel of the griddle.
