The Hobart FP-085-68 Adapter 7/16 Tube x 3/8 MPT EL 90-degree connector that connects a tube to a male threaded port, and inverts the line. Elbows are used to provide a sealed passage of gas or fluid between tubing and threaded parts in the service or fuel system of an appliance when fitted. It is applied in commercial kitchen equipment where line sizes are required to be integrated at an angle. The screwed into the threaded fitting and holds the tube end in place by connecting with other parts to make the connection complete.
