Description

The Southbend 1182157 Air Shutter with Bracket regulates the air flow into a combustion system by controlling the opening of the shutter and can adjust the air-to-fuel ratio. The bracket shown in the appendix holds the shutter firmly in place and allows easy changes to suit various operating conditions. It is intended to fit onto the burner assembly of commercial cooking equipment to provide an appropriate airflow management. Its 2-5/8" outside diameter fits into a variety of burners and the design enables it to stay in place when installed.
