The Alto-Shaam ALTTT-3058 Thermostat 3/16" X 15-3/8" Bulb With 42" Capillary is a heater that measures temperature changes and adjusts the electric circuit to keep the heat at the required level. It's 3/16" X 15-3/8" light is sensitive to temperature changes, and when it is required to adjust the switch, the bulb will turn on. This part will be installed in commercial cooking and heating components, and the 42" cap will enable it to be placed to fit different arrangements. It is inserted into the system to check and regulate temperature properly.

Installation Steps

Step1: Disconnect power supply and allow oven to cool completely, wear gloves carefully.

Step2: Remove access panel to reach existing thermostat carefully.

Step3: Label and disconnect wiring terminals carefully, note connections.

Step4: Remove old thermostat bulb from mounting clips gently.

Step5: Install new Thermostat bulb in same position securely, avoid bending capillary.

Step6: Reconnect wiring as per labels firmly.
