American Range A99644 Raised Griddle Grease Can

The American Range A99644 Raised Griddle Grease Can operates as a removable holder for collecting grease and liquid cooking byproducts during operation. It works by receiving grease and liquid cooking residue that flows from the appliance drainage channel into the raised collection container during use. Installed beneath the drain outlet of compatible griddle assemblies, it fits into the designated holder or support area for easy alignment with the drainage path. This configuration maintains an organized collection of cooking byproducts, reduces formation around surrounding components, and enables consistent griddle operation during routine cooking activities.
