Description

The Anets P8905-17 Controller 100-375F 120-240V is a solid-state temperature control module used in commercial fryer systems. It operates by receiving input from temperature sensors, and regulating heating cycles through, electronic switching of the fryers power circuit to maintain the selected setpoint. The controller processes resistance or signal feedback from probes to adjust output within the defined temperature range. It is installed in the fryers control panel housing and connects, to the appliance wiring harness and sensor leads. As part of the temperature regulation system it ensures stable oil heating, and supports consistent cooking conditions.
