APW AS-1404808 Rear Burner 208V

The APW AS-1404808 Rear Burner converts electrical energy into heat, creating the cooking surface temperature needed for preparing food on compatible commercial hot plates. Operating on 208V, the heating element warms when current passes through it, transferring heat upward to cookware throughout the cooking process. This burner is installed beneath the rear cooking zone of compatible electric hot plates, where it operates as part of the primary heating system used in restaurants and other commercial foodservice applications. It supports cooking applications such as heating, simmering, and maintaining temperatures for a variety of menu items.
