Description

The APW Wyott AS-2000100 Thermostat BJWA controls the surface temperature of commercial griddles by detecting the surface heat, and turning off or on the heating coils based on the temperature. It has a constant cooking temperature maintained by a built-in control mechanism that reacts to heat changes. It is a common type of thermostat that is used in professional kitchens so that there is proper regulation of the cooking surfaces and food is cooked uniformly. It can fit into the available griddle setups without changing the structure of the appliances.
