The Bakers Pride AS-M1221A Pressure Regulator Kit LP Gas 7000 Gas Valve operates by regulating the flow, and the pressure of liquid propane gas to maintain a constant supply of the gas to the appliance to which it is connected. It works by regulating internal processes to ensure the right amount of gas is emitted to ensure safe and efficient burning. The kit is normally fitted into commercial baking, or cooking equipment utilizing LP gas and is mounted between the gas supply line and the primary burner assembly.
