The Montague B17A Cast Iron Burner Head forms the combustion surface where the supplied fuel mixture emerges through multiple outlet openings before ignition. A diameter of 8-3/4" determines the overall width of the circular section, establishing the spacing available for the discharge pattern around its perimeter. As part of a commercial cooking installation, it directs the mixture outward from the central supply point toward the surrounding outlets.
