Description

The Pitco B6663901 Filter Clip Paper Weldment SFD is used to hold the filter paper in place during the filtration of the fryer oil. It works by pressing the paper, which does not move while the oil moves through the system. This clip metal is fitted in the fryer filter setup, that is positioned to hold the frame by holding onto the filter paper. Its position will make ensure that it is aligned properly during filtration and that oil flows through the filter media as it is supposed to in the filtration system.
